WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

DPD Local or Royal Mail services are our preferred carriers but we may from time to time use others.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday only. Regrettably we are presently unable to offer specific delivery times. In the unusual event that ordered goods are out of stock a member of staff will contact you to confirm a delivery date or give you the chance to cancel the order or suggest an alternative.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship to the United Kindom. We can only deliver to the address at which the buyers credit or debit card is registered.

WHEN WILL YOU DELIVER?

All orders received after 2.00pm, unless otherwise stated, will be processed the next working day.Unfortunately we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, any orders received after 2.00pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday for next working day delivery with the exception of Bank Holidays and subject to availabilty.

DO PRICE INCLUDE VAT?
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. On second-hand items, when applicable, VAT is calculated under the VAT Margin Scheme, as defined by HM Revenue & Customs. Under this scheme VAT is not shown separately. Should the applicable VAT rate change, Photogear Plus reserve the right to adjust retail prices accordingly.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Without an account, you can place order. But you'd better have one. We will sometimes send some coupons or score card to your account.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
There will be a tracking number sending to you via email after the parcel is sent. Please kindly check your email.
